Hey Friends! So we’ve decided to begin filming an online - monthly series we are calling “Bedroom Sessions.” We are filming these in Mr. Daniel Sukow, our guitar player’s, bedroom. The songs we will be performing are stripped down versions of Windsor Drive songs and various covers…so if there is a WD song or a cover song you would like to see us perform on here, please let us know!! We want YOU to be involved with this and play songs you want to hear :)

September 25^th, 2012. We will be releasing Wanderlust.

It has been almost 2 years since we have put out any new-original music, but that does not mean we haven’t been doing a ton of writing. Time between tours we’re spent writing and experimenting with new sounds, arrangements, and working with various producers in Nashville, New York, and Los Angeles, something we hadn’t done a lot of in the past searching for the perfect situation for our next record. We know we have kept many of you in the dark as to our plan, some of which was not our intention. As many of you know in the music industry there are several “politics” that all artists must deal with, but we are excited about the team forming around us as they are as passionate about our project as we are.

It has been our dream and goal since we started this band to put out a full-length record for YOU. Wanderlust is a precursor to this. We feel that over the past 2 years we have significantly evolved as a band and we wanted to share this direction and evolution of our music with you.

This collection of music has an overriding theme. Wanderlust for us is a wake up anthem to this generation. Often times people lose sight of who they are and where they want to be. Not everyone can escape that state of mind, so they get comfortable, stop taking risks, and no longer pursue the dreams that they held so dear. Our band has thrived on risk taking and we think fans of our band will recognize that in this collection. Some of these songs may or may not appear on our full length in some way or form, but honestly we just wanted to share a sample of what we have been working on!

Wanderlust was produced by John Fields in Los Angeles, CA and we couldn’t be more excited about the fresh input he brought into this project and potential future projects.

You can stream “Sleepwalking” on our Facebook page starting today. Preorder will be sold for $10 beginning August 1^st (one week from today). For preordering the record you will be mailed a signed hardcopy of the release 2 weeks before the release date, an iTunes digital download on the release date, an unreleased track (not included on Wanderlust) and a limited edition printed poster. We hope that you take advantage of this situation, as preorders will help us in getting that full-length record to YOU faster. LIMITED PRE-ORDERS AVAILABLE.

Windsor Drive added to 4th of July Week Fair in hometown

Hey Friends! We have been added (last minute) to the 4th of July Festivities that are taking place next week at the Jaycee’s 67th annual 4th of July Fair at Marathon Park in Wausau.

We will be performing on MONDAY, JULY 2ND from 6:00 - 8:00pm. So for those of you that missed the Concert on the Square earlier this month or were bummed (as us) that we had to cut the show early because of the rain you can here the set in its entirety NEXT MONDAY!

Many of the events taking place this week require a button or ticket for admission. THIS IS A FREE SHOW, no button or admission ticket required! Looking forward to it : )
